At Fairtex Global, we stand by the quality of our combat gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Fairtex Global account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is unused and in brand-new condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
